AI deliverables and exports

Report Builder, on the agenda page, turns a session’s results into a finished report you can hand to a client. It produces two kinds of output:

  • Document. A paged report, downloaded as PDF.
  • Presentation. A 16:9 PowerPoint deck of roughly ten to fourteen slides, with editable text and native charts.
  1. Choose the Output type.
  2. Pick a Brand preset, or None (clean default). See below for presets.
  3. Under Include groups, leave all roster groups selected or narrow to some. This is the only scoping the report uses; session filters don’t apply.
  4. Add Instructions if you want to steer it: “focus on the three lowest-rated themes”, “write for a board audience”, “keep it to five pages”.
  5. Click Generate Report. It takes one to two minutes and you can leave the page and come back.

The result opens as a live preview. Use Refine this report (or Refine this deck) on the left to ask for changes in plain language. Each change appears as a card, such as “Edited introduction”, “Added chart”, or “Reordered sections”, with Undo available for five minutes.

Documents can also be edited by hand. Hover a section for Edit text, Ask AI about this section, or Delete section. Charts stay AI-managed. Decks are refined through the chat only.

When it’s ready, Download PDF or Download PowerPoint. Every report you generate is kept under Your reports, where you can Rename or Delete it. Generating again creates a new report rather than replacing the old one.

A preset gives the report a Primary color, an Accent color, a Heading style (Modern, Editorial, Friendly, or Corporate), a Tone (executive, conversational, or technical), optional Custom instructions, and a Logo. Set as company default makes it the starting choice.

Presets belong to the company that owns the session. Session leaders create and edit them; anyone with access to the session can use them.

The Export menu on the agenda page has three options.

Word. Choose Session Guide for the agenda and activity setup, or Final Session Document for the guide plus every result. Active session filters and the roster-group filter are applied and listed in the dialog.

Excel. Choose Session Data or Participant List. Session Data is one row per participant with their group and completion count, then one column per activity, question, and option, so it drops straight into a pivot table. A second sheet lists idea likes. Participant List is just the people.

LLM. Exports the entire session as a Markdown file, with a data dictionary and the participant groups, sections as headings, and every response underneath. It’s built for pasting into ChatGPT or Claude when you want to do your own analysis.

Info activities have their own Export with Word and PDF, useful when you’ve used an Info activity to write up a recap on screen.

Sessions aren’t recorded, so there’s no call transcript to export. The observer Group Chat has its own Download Transcript.
